How much does property management cost?
Every property is different, so pricing depends on the size, type and condition of the building and the services you need. Request a free proposal and we'll give you a clear quote with no obligation.
Do you manage both residential and commercial buildings?
Yes. We manage residential buildings and rental units as well as commercial, retail, office and mixed-use properties in New York and New Jersey.
How do I see what's happening with my property?
You'll receive monthly owner statements and can log in to your online owner portal any time, using the Owner Login button at the top of every page, to see your statements, documents and work orders. And you can always call the office.
How are repairs approved?
Routine maintenance is handled for you. For larger repairs we agree on an approval limit with you up front, and anything above it comes to you first.
What does switching management companies involve?
We coordinate the handover: leases, tenant ledgers, deposits, keys and vendor information. Tenants receive a notice explaining how to pay rent and request repairs going forward.
Do you handle violations and compliance?
Yes. We track registrations, inspections and violations, and coordinate the work and paperwork needed to stay compliant.
