About SBDBrooklyn roots. Modern management.
SBD Management (Successful BD Management) is a property management company based in Brooklyn, serving owners and tenants across New York and New Jersey since 2021.
Our story
Built to do management the right way.
SBD Management was founded by Pinchas Waxler with a simple idea: owners deserve a management company that answers the phone, tells them what's going on and treats their building like its own.
Today we manage more than 1,500 residential and commercial units across New York and New Jersey, combining a hands-on, local team with modern property management technology.
“We run every building the way we'd want our own run: responsive, organized and transparent.”
